A number with no movement usually means the parcel is in transit but hasn't reached its first sorting hub. Normal for the first 48 hours, longer during peak periods.

If tracking shows no movement for 20 business days after dispatch, email us. We'll open a carrier enquiry and either reship or refund in full.
