Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ClickCraft Ventures. By
visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you
live, to place an order.

2. THE PRODUCT

The product is a portable, reusable airway clearance suction device supplied
with masks and a carry case, intended for household use as a supplementary
aid in a choking emergency.

3. CRITICAL SAFETY TERMS - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

This section is the most important on this page.

3.1 This device is a SUPPLEMENTARY AID ONLY. It is intended for use only
after the standard choking response has been attempted and has not cleared
the obstruction.

3.2 In a choking emergency you must FIRST:

  (a) Call your local emergency number immediately (911 in the US), or have
      someone else call while you act;
  (b) Deliver back blows and abdominal thrusts as taught in certified
      first-aid training;
  (c) Begin CPR if the person becomes unresponsive.

3.3 This device DOES NOT REPLACE any of the above. Using it instead of those
steps, or stopping those steps to fetch or assemble it, WASTES TIME THAT
CANNOT BE RECOVERED. Irreversible brain injury from oxygen deprivation can
begin within approximately four minutes.

3.4 EVIDENCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS. Major resuscitation bodies, including the
American Red Cross, the American Heart Association and the American Academy
of Pediatrics, do not currently include suction-based airway clearance devices
in their recommended choking protocols, citing insufficient evidence of
effectiveness. We disclose this so that you can make an informed decision.

3.5 NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME. We make no representation or warranty that this
device will clear an airway obstruction, prevent injury, or preserve life in
any given situation. No product can guarantee that.

3.6 TRAINING IS WHAT MATTERS MOST. We strongly recommend that every purchaser
complete a certified first-aid and CPR course before relying on this or any
other device. Contact the American Red Cross (redcross.org) or the American
Heart Association (heart.org).

3.7 PRACTISE IN ADVANCE. Read the instructions and familiarise yourself with
assembly and use before an emergency occurs. Never practise suction on a
person or an animal.

3.8 NOT A MEDICAL CONSULTATION. Nothing on this site is medical advice. It is
not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or
condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.

4. SAFE USE AND MAINTENANCE

You agree to read and follow the supplied instructions and warnings. In
particular:

  - Use the correctly sized mask for the person; never use an adult mask on
    an infant or small child
  - Never use the device on an infant under the manufacturer's stated minimum
    age or weight
  - Never use the device on a person who is breathing, coughing or able to
    speak - a person who can cough should be encouraged to keep coughing
  - Never apply suction more than the number of times stated in the
    instructions
  - Inspect the housing, valve, seals and masks before storing and
    periodically thereafter; do not use a device with any cracked, torn,
    perished or deformed component
  - Clean only by the method stated in the instructions
  - Store assembled, within reach, out of reach of children, away from heat
    and direct sunlight
  - Seek medical evaluation after any choking incident, whether or not the
    obstruction appeared to clear, because of the risk of aspiration and
    internal injury

5. REGULATORY STATUS

Airway clearance devices are regulated as medical devices in many countries,
and requirements differ between jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to
confirm that purchase, possession and use of this product is permitted where
you live. We do not represent that the product holds clearance, approval,
registration or certification in any particular country unless that is stated
explicitly and in writing on the product page for your region.

6. NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL OR INSTITUTIONAL USE

This product is sold for personal household use. It is not sold for clinical,
ambulance, school, nursery, care-home or other professional or institutional
use, and we do not supply it for those settings.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the
right to change prices, change or discontinue the product, and limit order
quantities at any time. If a pricing or description error occurs, we reserve
the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including
where payment is not authorised, where we cannot lawfully ship to your
destination, where we suspect fraud, or where the order appears to be placed
for commercial resale.

9. SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, each
of which forms part of these terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures and is
protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11. CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you send us a photograph or review, you grant us permission to display it
with attribution to the name or initials you provide. We will not publish
accounts of medical emergencies or outcomes.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This site uses third-party services for payment processing, fulfilment,
shipment tracking, reviews and analytics. We are not responsible for their
content, accuracy or availability.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the
use of this site or the product, including any loss arising from reliance on
the device in place of emergency medical care, from use contrary to the
instructions, or from delay in administering standard choking response or in
contacting emergency services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to
the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under consumer
protection or product safety law that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor any
liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify ClickCraft Ventures against any claim arising from use
of the product contrary to the instructions and warnings provided, from use by
any person you permit to use it, or from your breach of these terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClickCraft
Ventures is established. We may update these terms by posting a revised
version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to
that order.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder
continues in full force.
